PHP (LAMP) Developer

Specifics...
- You're comfortable with coding using PHP on Ubuntu (using GEdit) and if you're not, you're willing to and able to master it pretty fast.
- You need to be fairly good with JavaScript and a bit of JQUERY would be a plus
- XHTML + CSS is a high priority.
- You're quite at home with SQL and you are familiar with MySQL + PHPMyAdmin
Tech/Customer Support Officer
Role: Assist clients with installations, troubleshooting, recovery, user-training and similar tasks. The ideal candidate should possess these attibutes and skills.
- Excellent communicator in English. A second language - Tamil/Sinhal - would be a plus
- Punctual, dedicated and dependable at all times.
- You need to be patient and professional when handling various customer issue. You have a temper that is fully under control and does not show signs of losing it in an instant.
- Be prepared to travel to customer sites on call, and be able to use Skype or Google-Talk if necessary, for remote assistance.
- Be familiar with the Ubuntu OS and Windows, along with the basics like Paint, MS-Office, Open Office, etc
- Have a fair knowledge of hardware troubleshooting.
