Refund policy
This outlines the refund of payments made online to Marha Online via a payment gateway or via online banking (sometimes known as wire transfers). It does not apply to direct bank payments (over the counter) or payments via one of the offices of Marha Online.
- As a rule, Marha Online does not refund any online payments for services once it has been processed. However, upon consideration, such payments maybe refunded upon request at least 10 days prior to the Service date, provided that the full payment for the service has been made. If for example, a payment was made for a month ahead, the refund will not be considered within the 10 days of commencement of the service, or within the period of service.
- In the event of a refund, Marha Online has the right to retain either 10% of the payment or USD 5; whichever is higher.
- Once a Service has been scheduled, there will be no refund if,
- the user fails to attend on-line, or
- the user is unable to obtain the service due to technical issues on their part;
For all types of payments, there will be no refund once a product has been dispatched, or the service delivery has commenced.
